1. Does the wire (2 prong) from the passenger side of the transmission down below the alternator connect to the passenger side of the coil packs?

 

2. What is the routing of the condensor lines? This part was not connected when i bought the car and all i have now is a rubber hose about 1/4inch in OD going into a plastic 'T" with a 4 inch piece and a several foot long piece coming out.

The crank sensor on the block goes to the ignition module, the vss sensor on the end of the transmission goes to the ECM

EDIT: I meant evaporator and not condensor
