L67 EVAP Cainster Purge Solenoid Vacuum Line

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

While replacing the lower intake manifold gaskets, I broke the extremely bridle vacuum line connector for the EVAP canister purge valve which attaches at the throttle body.  It comes off the throttle body as a 3/8 line and is immediately reduced to 1/4" or so and makes a hard 90° bend before attaching to a plastic line.  Said plastic line then goes over top of the supercharger and attaches to the canister solenoid on the back side of the supercharger. In the diagram below, It is the line which connects item 9 (EVAP canister purge valve) to the throttle body.  Does anyone know where to get one of these lines?  I can't seem to find one anywhere...Thanks.

I couldn't find one and that was probably a decade ago now. I ended up replacing it with rubber hose and some metal fittings (barbs) and it's been fine.

Hmm..that figures--thanks for the reply.  I guess I'll plan to improvise, too.
