12 volt plugs

My 12 volt plugs in my 2006 pontiac grand prix gxp are not working. I have checked fuses and they are all fine. The plug on the outside of the console doesn't work neither does the one inside? Anyone have a solution to my problem?

You're talking about the "cigarette lighter" sockets?   They're supplied with power and ground, if either or both are non-functional, the socket won't work.

Obtain the wiring diagram for them from the service manual set for your vehicle.  I buy 'em used, from sellers on eBay.
