Gear selection indicator on Column Shift

Reconnecting Shift Indicator?

Wondering if anyone here ever solved this Question solved

I am having a problem with a 1991 Cutlass Supreme SL coupe.

The Orange Part pictured fell out from the steering column, I can not figure out where it goes.

Any Help Appreciated.
