High mount tail lamp bulb Sylvannia prt # 891

On my 94 Convertible;  the trunk mounted high mount lamp takes the same bulbs as Cutlass Supreme sedan I own.  The Sylvania bulb part # is 891   (Those FIT) into the socket of the Convertible- but the bulb did NOT fit into the socket of the 4 door sedan.

Do you folks find a bulb that fits or do I (drill out) the socket of the 4 door car,   with a drill bit to enlargen it to accept the Sylvania bulb or do I try and look for the GM version of the 891 bulb for the 4 door car ?

Hmmm......you certain that the proper bulb is NOT a 3155?
