I've got one of those.

Once you are sure that your camber and caster are set to specs then use that tool to align the toe.

works good for toe, as long as you're just replacing tie rod ends. For replacing spindles, etc where your caster/camber could be way off, I'd get it aligned.

Maximum distance from outside of tire to outside of other tire must be less than 81".

 

What's that mean? Wheelbase? Axle length (sort of)?
