I cannot for the life of me get this orange clip connected back onto the rotating piece where it goes. I know where it needs to go, but the orientation alludes me, and I’m scared of breaking it. I am having the same problem with a 1991 Cutlass Supreme SL coupe. The Orange Part fell out from the steering column, I can not figure out where it goes. Any Help Appreciated.
