supreme_style21 Posted December 7, 2003 Report Posted December 7, 2003 Yeah how does a person do this? Last time I had the door apart, I don't recall easy access to the driver side door handle. Mine has stopped functioning... so now I have to get in through the back door. Quote
supreme_style21 Posted January 31, 2004 Author Report Posted January 31, 2004 TTT Anyone? Shop wants $150 to fix it.. the hell if I'm paying that. Quote
godofthunder Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 the haynes manual also says on the front, you have to remove the glass. I was going to remove all 4 to paint them, but ended up just doing it on there. The dealer only had 1 green one, not a bad price. I want to get 4 new clean ones to put on...but cant find my color. I almost went with black...but it would look kinda odd (CS have the body colored ones, other than lumis) jon Quote
supreme_style21 Posted February 1, 2004 Author Report Posted February 1, 2004 SOB... so basically its gonna be easier to bend over and dish out 150 bucks.. I thought I could get it from the inside, but last time I had the door apart, I don't recall seeing any way to really get to it without taking off/out all those parts that are rivted inside there. :cuss: Quote
godofthunder Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 hrrmm IIRC...it shouldnt be that hard inside the door frame, but you may have to drill rivits out or something. Im not sure, I didnt really end up looking. jon Quote
