The red indicators work for each switch as does the fan speed just not the illumination ones. From what I can tell they appear to be soldered in? All other illumination lights work for gauges and radio My Regal did this, I had to get new bulbs from an electronics supply and solder them in. It's more about voltage drop, a typical T1-3/4 LED is only 1.7v. Current draw is far less than an incandescent bulb. That would be a project though since it may dim different than the rest of the dash and the resistance would likely need tinkered with.
