turn signal stalk issues (no washer, no low speed wipers)

My turn signal stalk on a 2000 GTP has stopped working for washers (swapped pump, not turning on) and my low wiper setting does not work - it's either intermentant settings or high only.

 

Is this a part that can possibly have contacts cleaned inside, or just replace it?

From your description the multi function switch is bad.

I figured as such. 

I guess just another item to add to my growing replacement list.
