98gpgt
Can they be changed simultaneously? IOW undo all the bolts, jack up engine, and remove both mounts at the same time? The Haynes manual says put the jack under the tranny pan, in the video I watched the guy had it under the engine, which makes more sense if you ask me. Imp558
I would do them on the same lift of the car separately so it's easier to line them up. Each one is four bolts. The engine side mount is a little tricky with the U bracket in the way.
98gpgt
Ok mounts have been replaced. Not real sure it was even necessary. The motor mount bracket thing, what the mount gets bolted to up top, wiggled when I tried while motor was lifted. To repair or replace that - can it be done with engine in car? Couldn't get a good look at anything, and didn't feel like taking the oil filter off. The bracket seemed to lean harder on the rear of the mount. I'll take some pictures tomorrow maybe. 98gpgt
Imp558
You should be able to tighten it on the car, probably through the passenger's wheelwell for the rear one.
