TravisP
Does anyone know if anyone makes replacement rocker panels for a gen 1.5 Lumina?
Nas Escobar
I think you have to go to a body shop or to someone that can work with metal and have custom rocker panels made. I have yet to see any rocker panel replacements made for any W's, and they're known to rust there.
Imp558
this was just in another thread. if you get a little hunk of sheet metal and bend up a profile your local sheet metal shop will make you whatever you need on their brake. if the rocker panel has a radius in it just have them leave the radius straight and bend it on the car. wash the sheet metal thoroughly with something to remove the oily film on it like acetone. If you paint over the oily film the paint will fall off a year later. Edited June 14, 2017 by Imp558 Nas Escobar
Mark 1997 Cutlass Coupe
Rock Auto sells them, at least for my 97 Cutlass. $21.00 each. Even if they aren't perfect 90% of the rocker is covered by the cladding. Having a shop make yours from scratch would cost a fortune, at least ones that would look good.
