jman093
Hard to read your grammar, but it sounds like a couple of you have a backlight bulb or two burned out. Probably worth it to change them all while you're at it.
RobertISaar
I've never had one to play with, but it might be the same issue as what the 84-89ish Corvettes have: the LCD polarizer has failed. if you have a set of polarized sunglasses to use/borrow, try putting them near the gauge while in operation and rotate the lenses, see if suddenly you can start reading the digits out of it. if so, you'll need new polarizing film at a minimum. 1989 Pontiac Se and Imp558

RobertISaar
http://www.batee.com/corvette/dcrg/film/ that's exactly how the corvette displays look when the polarizer fails as well. looks like your DIC might be having the same issue, I don't see any digits being displayed on it.
