GrandPrix34
the timing light is just to check for spark... on the right side of the ICM, there should be a 2wire harness...with the ignition in the ON position, probe the 2 wires wit a mutlimeter in the DC position. It should read around 12 volts going to your ICM...

D M N
do they make pre-cut sparkplug wires for a 3.4L
Slade901
Check out this diagram. I think the ICM on 3.4 and 3.1 are the same. The two connector socket on the ICM labeled A and B is the power source to the ICM. B is connected to a 10 Amp fuse on the Right Side Underhood Electrical Center while A is connected to the ground. The link below is what I got when I measure my ICM and Ignition Coil. http://members.fortunecity.com/slade901/automobile/Ignition_Troubleshooting.htm
MaroonRegal
Good luck, Adam. Wish I could help you out, but it's kinda like...finals time and stuff. Not like I'd be much help anyway. You let me know if you need me to stand around and pretend I know how to help you.

DOHCRagtopguy
Go for the stock Delco wires, order them from GM parts direct. You can get them for under a hundred bucks, everything is included. While you're at it, put some Rapidfire plugs in that bad boy, they run great!
