Rear trailing arm question

I need a part number for the front 18mm bolt on the rear control arms. I need to cut my they won't budge even with heat. Thank you.

You can bet it's seized to the bushing too.

I broke out the grinder and cut the nut off and then a sledge and punch to pound the remainder of the bolt out. And yes they was seized to the bushing lol. Went to Lowes and bought Grade 8 12mm bolts with nuts and washers. Ran out of daylight, so going to put it back together tomorrow.
