Grandprix1 Posted October 29, 2016 Report Share Posted October 29, 2016 So i just bought an Aeroforce Interceport Scan Gauge model PT 401 i think. I love it, its really cool! How ever when i start the car only the shift lights blink and in order to get it to fully turn on i have to unplug it and plug it back in. I have it in my 02 Grand Prix and im 99.9999% sure the port is powered. Has anyone else had this issue? I contacted Aeroforce and will post back here what happens. Grandprix1 Posted November 16, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 16, 2016 Sorry ive been busy lately. Aeroforce says it does have to be hardwired of course, just what i did not want to do. I used an "Add a Circut" and ran it into the radio fuse and then ran all the wires up under the dash and it works! So if anyone is installing that is what you have to do.
