I had a late 80's grand prix radiator for a while and it was thicker. When I got my new one it was a bit of an emergency or I would have done my homework and got a new one of whatever that was.

GM could have put a 2 row radiator in these cars. There is enough room there, or at least made it an option in my opinion.

Yes, and 3 in a row developed a leaku tank seal on the driver side for me. It wasn't until I got a brand new one that it lasted
