would a mini afc work on the o2 and on the map?

the one on the map would tell the computer that it's at 11psi instead of 15

and the one on the O2 would adjust for bigger injectors.

mini afc from zzp i assume? if so it works with the maf based cars not the map based. i think the Apexi S-AFC will work with the MAP based GM's. $$$$ but bad ass.
