Since I started working on my Camaro, and had to replace a ton of relays, I've had better luck in finding relays at O'Reilley parts stores...don't know if you have them in your area, but they've seemed to have things that AutoZone and Advance claimed were no longer available.  Maybe they just have their stuff organized differently.
