1995 cutlass convertible bad idle at startup when cold

Hi my question is my cutlass convertible 3.4 has a terrible idle when cold startup once it warms up its great this has been sitting in my garage and finally getting around to working on it my question. Is it the plenum gasket that leak air or is it more than that
