I found a 92 cutlass international with AQ9 seats that are in decent condition but they're from a sedan, and since GP coupe AQ9 seats are more prevalent here than Cutlass seats can i just swap the skins/cushions to the GP seat frame?

possibly yes.

but...  Coupe and sedan seats are the same seat, except for the tilt mechanism, meaning you should likely only have to change that.  It is a L shaped hinge assembly on the outer side of the seat included the tilt mechanism and hooks on with 4 bolts.  However, because you are looking at AQ9 seats, you may have the trim parts around the lever that need changed... the lever stick through the upholstery on non-AQ9 seats.

good luck!

Here are the photos I took last summer. I didn't ask the price because they are not graphite, in excellent shape and reupholstering is too expensive, but I'll check. 83ac5ab89dc36aeb3f07d66413d0278f.jpga592def3f31f06ccad4d265c5b4193b1.jpg99eb7fd12098d199f15983ee188296ff.jpgd7b83d284768e7143850cd38674e661d.jpg

those actually are not too bad shape.  I wonder what condition the cushions are in, being open to elements.  My car seats currently smell dusty, no matter how many times i clean them.  I guess that comes with a car from dusty Texas?
