Michael Savage Posted March 7, 2016 Report Posted March 7, 2016 Jesus that sexy white interior is just amazingly beautiful, white dyes did you use to get it to come out that we'll? Quote
Tradndave Posted March 7, 2016 Author Report Posted March 7, 2016 The product I used is called colorbond L V P . I originally purchased 2 quarts of white and 2 aerosol cans of white . In the end I used a total of 2-1/2 gallons and 6 aerosol cans . For some reason the product had poor coverage when it came in bulk . The dye in the spray cans covered much better . I found this to be true of the white , the black dye I used to do the Convertable top covered great . They also have a product called "carpet stylin" that can be used on carpet . I used it on the carpeted inlay of the door panels to go from tan to black and it worked great. I used O C auto carpets for the pure white carpet . I was amazed how well their product fit . I went with their best quality rug and sound deadaning backer and I believe it cost me about $350 including shipping . Their carpet comes pre molded to even fit around the heating ducts that are on the floor under the front seats . Quote
seadoopappy Posted April 8, 2018 Report Posted April 8, 2018 When you ordered the carpet from OC did they have the vert as an option? I've just come across this post and checked their site. No vert option. You're obviously not afraid to tackle a tough job so I'm thinking (hoping) maybe you ordered the standard coupe carpet and modified to fit? Quote
