Interior water leak

Hey guys I need some help. I've been chasing a water leak in my 96 Buick Regal sedan for months. It has a sunroof and I thought that was the problem . I think I finally found it. I pulled the front drivers seat and found a indentation in the floor the water is running out of. Please see the photo. Any ideas where it's coming from and how to fix it?
