DOHCRagtopguy Posted November 24, 2003 Report Posted November 24, 2003 Over the weekend I put a new factory GM antenna mast on my Olds. I followed the directions that came with it, but the damn thing won't retract fully when I turn the power off. Anybody have any pointers on this? Quote

It just stops going down, the thing runs for a couple of seconds, that's it. I'm wondering if I got some pieces in the drive somewhere inside that are blocking the new plastic drive cable from going all the way down. Quote

Mine only goes down half way.. apparently there is some junk that falls around in there. Quote
