I followed the directions that came with it, but the damn thing won't retract fully when I turn the power off. Anybody have any pointers on this? It just stops going down, the thing runs for a couple of seconds, that's it. I'm wondering if I got some pieces in the drive somewhere inside that are blocking the new plastic drive cable from going all the way down.
