Tbomb
new guy here. Mom was going to have her 2000 intrigue hauled off. hadnt driven it ovet a year. Didnt know what was wrong. i now have it and runs great. drivers seat is jacked up. looking at Grand prix seats to replace. this gave me a silly idea. I like GP interiors mch more than olds, can the entire thing be swapped?! I know it doesnt make any finacial sense.....just want to know uf it could be done. pshojo
the seats can be swapped, i doubt door panels and other parts would be able to. You might be able to swap center console?
Psych0matt
Seats and probably center console should be easy, anything else would require lots of work/fabrication
Tbomb
I compared front doors and everything pops in same places. dash, etc. Its the exact same at all the mounting points. Only thing that looks slight of are rear doors.
Psych0matt
Cool, let us know how it goes
jimmyfloyd
My suggestion: Go to a junkyard with a Grand Prix and a Intrigue in it, and try it. Then you're not dismantling your car to figure it out, and you can bring the parts home with you, since you'll have already removed them. I did this a lot back when I had my Bonneville. Oh, and take pictures of where parts go, how they come off, and of the final product if it works or doesn't work. pshojo
