I've been looking at stainless steel brake line kits. I'm finding 1990-1994 GP and 1993 cutlass supreme.. I have 1995 CS. Looking at struts and similar components. Why would the 1993 kits not work on my 1995.

Thoughts? I'm rebuilding my 1995 sedan suspension/brakes/ ect

'95 uses entirely different rear calipers which may take a different rear hose pair?

I don't know what would be different between '90-'94 GP, and the same years of any other W.

Yeah, calipers changed in 94. Something is probably a little different. The 94-97 part number should be the one you need. Unsure what brands you're looking at. The Goodridge number should be 12237.

Are the 95 rear calipers better? I'm assuming newer equals better...

If it means anything I'm using a Goodridge kit on my 92' z34 with 94' rear brakes and the hoses had no problem working right.

There's a difference between '92 and '94 calipers?

I thought the change was for the '95 model year.

It started 94', Depending on the carline. 94' Lumina's for whatever reason kept the junk-o-matic ones for that year.

And there USED to be a goodridge SS line kit made for 94-97 W cars. Looks to be discontinued now though.

Yes, my kit is for my 92' lumina, and I have the 94+ rear brakes on it.
