'93RegalGS3800 Posted August 24, 2015 Report Posted August 24, 2015 http://oldconceptcars.com/1930-2004/oldsmobile-aerotech-iii-1993/ Link for pictures^^^ Anybody on here know about this particular concept car? Looks cooler than what was put into production...but that's how most concepts go these days. Do I smell a need for somebody to custom fab a body kit? Yes I do. Anybody wanna take a crack at it? Quote
Psych0matt Posted August 24, 2015 Report Posted August 24, 2015 Ooooold news, although hot car there's different info floating around Quote
'93RegalGS3800 Posted August 24, 2015 Author Report Posted August 24, 2015 Ooooold news, although hot car there's different info floating around Thought I stumbled upon something new. I should have figured that most of the vets on here knew about this car. Still cool for us newer guys though. I had no idea it even existed! Quote

94 olds vert Posted August 24, 2015 Report Posted August 24, 2015 The rear end of that car is really cool. The front end isn't bad but it has 1 too many mini quads on it for my taste. Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted August 24, 2015 Report Posted August 24, 2015 The drawings look aggressive, but the prototype looks like a regular Cutlass sedan with custom front bumper that has too many headlights. That Aerotech Hotwheels isn't the same car. I think you didn't click on his link. '93RegalGS3800 and primergray 2 Quote

sean1991olds Posted August 25, 2015 Report Posted August 25, 2015 The naming on these cars is quite confusing, I don't know why they did name them the way they did. There's the 2 variations I have here that look like the matchbox ones: http://outrightolds.com/index.php/spotlight-on/olds-aerotech Then on this page, scroll down a bit to 1987, there I have a drawing of the 3 Aerotechs together, the "Matchbox one" is just "Aerotech", then there is an Aerotech II and Aerotech III concept: http://outrightolds.com/index.php/olds-concept-cars/olds-concepts-1986-2001 The III should be listed as 1989 (not how that page titled it as 1993) as it is in a drawing marked 1988 and the page even starts off saying "One of 3 Olds concepts for 89..." Yikes! Hate it when you find a typo on a webpage like that. Quote
RareGMFan Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 The drawings look aggressive, but the prototype looks like a regular Cutlass sedan with custom front bumper that has too many headlights. I was thinking the same thing. Just looks like a Cutlass with a terrible aftermarket body kit on it. Quote
