Green96GTPchick Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 In my unfortunate accident, the hood release latch was bent severly. I can't open the hood. What are the chances that the front piece that connects the fenders in front of the engine ( i dont know what it is called) could be bent? And if it is, can it be fixed? Since we cannot open the hood we dont know. Jackie Quote

mfewtrail Posted November 23, 2003 Report Posted November 23, 2003 you probably just need to get underneath the car and hit whatever part of the latch is bent with something long and a hammer ...if worst comes to worst and you have to break the latch off underneath, you can pick one up at a junkyard or throw some hood pins on 8) Quote
