The only reason I don't go that route is because the 4-door Ws just look to messed up without finishing the conversion, and I don't have the time or resources to fabricate the sides to complete the look. Otherwise, the front and back look so fancy and aggressive, but then suddenly you're left with these plain sides. Looks very ackward. mase10 Posted November 22, 2003 Report Share Posted November 22, 2003 no the sides arnt finished yet, i ran out of time and patients, im only in highschool me n my dad did all the work to it but when i get to college i plan to finish the sides and repaint it right now i have fiberglassed flares on the fenders......in bout 3-4 months it should have a new motor 3800!!! I don't think that the GTP moniker was derived from the GTO, but I could be wrong. I always kinda figured it was just a name. Maybe it doesn't stand for anything. I also kinda wondered if they switched the letters of TGP around when they made a new performance oriented Grand Prix. Just a thought...
