rich_e777
I hope they do stuff like this for some later model Ws, some good prices on stuff there. I may grab 3 ignition coils as they appear to all be the same through the years, I wish the same for those fuel injectors
Galaxie500XL
I can confirm that. I was told by someone on this list that ALL 60* DIS coils were the same. My Cutlass is running coils from a 2003 3400 Grand Am for the past 3 years now, without issue. I hope they do stuff like this for some later model Ws, some good prices on stuff there. I'll throw this into the mix, but the coils for the 3800 and the 60 degree V6's have the same part number. The ICM may be different, but I've heard of it being able to swap over as well. I may try this one day.
RobertISaar
ICM is WAY different between a 60V6 and a 3800. to run a 3800 ICM on a 60V6, you would need the 3800 18/3 dual trigger wheel/sensor and a compatible cam sensor. to run a 60V6 ICM on a 3800, you would need the 6+1 trigger wheel/sensor. I'm running a set off of my dead 210k mile L36 on the Celebrity's LHO 3.1 right now.
19Cutlass94
I got that e-mail from them too. Although I wouldn't mind have some spare stuff, I'm trying to cut down on the amount of shit I have for this car.
