Redfox340
I had a pair of those on my old Cutlass DOHC. With the stock piping it had a cold 'ting' to the exhaust but quickly went away after short running time. I think half the problem was the stock resinators were still in the pipe. The decible level is slightly increase and there's more depth to the tone. Sitting at a light, you can notice the car is running; very slight sound vibration. Great on the high RPM's and purs at the 2500 RPM mark. Hope this gives you an insight. - Erik
TeeJay3800
Aren't those the $20 mufflers made by Cherry Bomb they sell at grocery stores? Maybe I am wrong.

It was the generic brand at a local shop... I just needed some back on to dampen the noise compared to a straight piped, loud grandpa coupe. The previous owner had a really poor sense of hearing or wanted to be the center of attention in a 10 block radius. - Erik
