oldsl67
Hello, I know my stock tire size for these 5 Spoke Olds Wheels is 225/60R/16 but has anybody put anything wider on these wheels without them rubbing? I need as much rubber on the ground as I can get because of the L67 Motor. Had these wheels powder coated to go on the Black 95 Vert. RobertISaar
they're 6.5" wide, I've seen other 1st gens with stock 6.5" wheels get by with 245s on them, but I don't know if there was any scrub with the wheel at either lock. 94 olds vert
Those wheels look pretty sweet in black and white
Psych0matt
If you want wider, your best bet is to go aftermarket, or get some GP crosslaces

Yeah lone jack would prolly b easiest as I pass through all the time. I rip a rubber trail to the picknpulls in kc all the time......takes me less than 40 minutes from warrensburg to truman rd lol
2001goldGTP
i had 235/55/r16 on my stock pie wheels, they are 6.5 in, i never had any rubbing issue, not sure what tires you are planning to use but i noticed better tires tend to help more than just an extra 10mm, also when you get tires really wide like that on narrow rims the car tends to roll in the corners and have heavy feeling steering. just my $0.02 posted pics for reference
