I honestly don't know if there is a problem here, but I thought I would throw this out and see what everyone thinks.

 

My 95 GP SE interior fan seems to be running real slow on the first 2 settings and then really high on the last 2.

Maybe it's just me but it seems I get barley any air or coming out like gang busters. I usually have to turn it on the 3rd setting just to really feel anything.
