Drummer
I'm trying to find out how many miles are on my digital cluster, so I just need to know what pins i need to power up to be able to view it, or the whole cluster since I've never powered up the whole thing. Thanks

Drummer
Ok it's been a while but I finally found a digital cluster that was within 1000 miles of what mine is reading. Now I just need to know what the pinouts are for a 93 analog cluster. are the pinouts for the 94 cluster the same as 93?
94 olds vert
No. 1994 is only 1994. 1993 is close but its slightly different from what I recall. You want to put a digital cluster in a 1993?
Drummer
Yeah I'm seeing that. D2 pin in a 94 is airbag where 93 might be check gauges. Yeah i plan on putting it in my 93 cutlass supreme convertible.
RobertISaar
http://imgur.com/a/SDmHu first one is for the 93 base cluster, second is for the 93 upscale cluster.
Drummer
Anyone know what C6 - orn/blk and C7 - brn/wht is used for ? Is it for HUD info?
Imp558
they both go to the headlight switch, yellow is labeled "lights on input" and it goes to the headlight switch on plug c2 pin c. the brown white wire goes to the same plug on pin A, it is labeled "dimming signal input"
Imp558
that brown and white one looks like a PWM signal so it may be best not to do anything silly with it
94 olds vert
Unless, you want to dim your Ub3 cluster, you don't have to connect those. I didn't and it shows full brightness all the time which is nice at night and during the day.
Imp558
the way the print looks the yellow one comes from the OFF position, it may be at full brightness with power on that wire.
