93GTP
Well, I've made the first step to making my GTP a 5 speed. I bought a donor car. Here's the Z34 that took 14 hours of driving for me and my buddy to get back here. I guarantee you if these 5 speeds weren't so damn rare I never would have gone through that drive. All in all it cost me $450 bucks to just get the car back here, after gas, and trailer costs. Here's the car as I found it (right in the middle of fucking no-where) As you can see, not the best looking Z34 around.. BUT, it is THIS that I'm after: Notice the clutch reservoir (btw this thing is very filthy) Here's the car on the trailer (stopped to get a coffee). I must say though, I feel great pity for this car. If looked after like it should have been, it could be one sweet ride right now, but as it is, it's now just a donor. But if it had of been looked after like that, I guess I wouldn't be buying it then would I? Weird how the world works...

runt
Even tho the car is kinda run down, it's really not so bad. The interior looks somewhat OK for the outside condition of the vehicle... Nice find!!
SmokesGTP
It really doesn't look so bad at all. I think its a safe assumption it doesn't run but what kind of mileage is on it?

OldsmoBeast
I can tell you're in Ontario but that car looks like its from way out in Buttfuck county or something man...good work in either case...driving that far isn't bad at all when ur getting a decent deal on a donor car...it might be good for a bunch of 3.4 parts if you don't mind cleaning it up some. Guest Gp crazy
i live in central ny and only seen 2 on the road and 3 in the swap sheet. never under 2000$ you got a really good deal hell the tranny is worth the 14 hr ride it's worth aboutr 850$ at a slavage yard so 450 for the whole car is great. 93GTP
No guys you misunderstood me. I ended up paying $450 dollars to just get the car here. Like for the trailer gas and food... Total, for me to get this car it has turned out to be roughly about $1000 dollars (Canadian). The car doesnt run, but i know why, see this post (it's pretty funny): http://www.w-body.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9524 Let's just say that the women that owned it said she was driving to work one morning and the car just died completely, I had a good idea of what it was... 93GTP
I won't be selling any engine or drivetrain parts. I will be selling everything else, it's just a matter of when I decide to start. I don't want a z34 with a pile of missing parts sitting in the backyard for a long time. And I want to keep it there till my 5 speed swap is done. So, you can see the problem As for the small stuff like the plate holder, I'll see what I can do.
