how to remove gas pedal

so im trying to install my GXP gas and brake pedal pads in my 03 GTP. The brake is a slip on rubber pad, but the gas actually has to be removed and a whole new plastic pedal installed, and i cant for the life of me figure out how to remove the stock one

I'm not positive about 2nd gens, but assuming they're similar to older stuff, it will be 2 10mm' s (one bolt, one stud) that hold it to the firewall in front of the pedal itself. Then there is the pass-through clip thing that that cable goes through in the firewall. I hope this helps.

Yeah I saw all that I actually just need to remove the pad though not the whole arm/assembly.

Gas pedal has like a rivet on it. Do what you will with that info. If it was me I would pry off that little metal clip and then remove the bolt looking rivety thingy and then put it back together with a new pedal.

The other side is smooth. There is a spring in the middle.
