Deacon
It's simple, what is the difference? One looks like it has rubber on it much like the OEM, the other is a resin or plastic. Your thoughts? http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/1995/pontiac/grand_prix/suspension/leaf_spring_insulator.html http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/1995/pontiac/grand_prix/suspension/leaf_spring_bushing.html
RobertISaar
one won't eat through your leafspring, the other has for some people.

RobertISaar
the factory style(rubber pad) doesn't seem to cause any leaf wear, the plastic blocks do. http://www.w-body.com/showthread.php/74343-Gen1-Monoleaf-pad-isolators-damages-spring

GnatGoSplat
I'd go with the OEM style rubber pads in your first link.
Crazy K
I've not noticed an issue with the plastic nylon bushings, I have them on several cars.... But i also added a dab of silicone dielectric grease on the top where the spring rides....
mfewtrail
I've not had an issue w/ the plastic insulators either. That's not to say that they don't eventually eat up the spring because they are much harder than rubber which will cushion the end of the spring better.
