If you add boost to a 3100/3400 you are limited if you don't used forged pistons, and the headers are debatable paint them black and clean the inside good then add a couple layers of paint inside and it will be similar to performance headers slight performance difference, nothing big since the paint will make the surface smooth like performance welded headers.

I know for sure that my next upgrade will be an air intake kit. Im contemplating between two of them. There really isn't much to choose from for a 3.1l GP.

The cheaper option that seems too good to be true. opinions? http://www.ebay.com/itm/K-N-RED-94-95-1994-1995-PONTIAC-GRAND-PRIX-3-1-3-1L-V6-AIR-INTAKE-KIT-/290858637129?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A1995%7CMake%3APontiac%7CModel%3AGrand+Prix&hash=item43b8869749&vxp=mtr

Or should i spend the extra money and get this, only downside is that it looks kinda boring. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PONTIAC-1995-GRAND-PRIX-3-1L-V6-Secret-Weapon-R-Cold-Air-Intake-System-Kit-/281219153267?pt=Race_Car_Parts&hash=item4179f7bd73&vxp=mtr

If anyone has purchased either brand and can give me feedback that would be awesome too!

I actually bought an intake kit on ebay and installed it in my 95 vert, Im however going to make it a longer tube by using half of the stock tube and clamp it together with the kit to direct all the way down near the bumper

( more airlfow=more power)

will upload pics today when im done with it.

Where you finding someone to tune out the speed limiter on an odb 1.5 car? Most people have difficulty finding a scan tool. Walk a jy and find a k&n, 1 out of 10 have them in the yards around me.. Wash it, oil it and you're set. Some yards will let you have them for free. You'll see more gains from changing your plugs and wires to a fresh set over a warm air intake.
