Nas Escobar
I would want a 95 just for the nicer dash and the seat belts in the pillars. Other than that, I don't think many states consider 1995 a classic until 2020.

Nas Escobar
PA is 20 yrs Didn't know that. I know Maryland is 20, but I thought Pennsylvania was 25. I've always heard Pennsylvania is strict when it comes what they consider a classic and how the "antique" tags are issued.
KarenL2888
They used to be. They changed that about a year ago.
Nas Escobar
Ohh, I see... Does Pennsylvania still require that the car look as if it rolled out from factory in order to get the "antique" tags? I remember reading online that the car had to be inspected before getting the tags and people were being rejected for them for things like aftermarket rims and other cosmetic enhancements. KarenL2888
PA isn't picky like before. New forms, less photos, classic is age only. Antique may still be harder. I don't know.
Nas Escobar
Will you be registering yours as classic?
KarenL2888
mine was registered classic when I bought it back. Still gets PA inspection but no emissions. PS....the only transferrable plate in PA that isn't to a family member is a Classic plate
