Top has stopped working, top is down the pump is half full of fluid. Pump makes very little noise. Need a recommendation for a shop here in North Carolina.

John;

They're not terribly complicated, much work you could do yourself if you're fairly mechanically inclined. The lack of fluid, and yet the pump makes little noise sounds like perhaps a seal has failed in a ram. But at this point that's just a guess. Generally, pumps get louder if they're pushing air.

There is not any noise that I can hear. I have no idea where to start diagnosing much less repairing. :(
