Heartbeat1991
I love the stuff. I use all kinds of lucas products. But I don't know anything specific about your application.
Leadfoot
Ive personally had bad luck with the lucas tranny stuff(clogged new filter) Â lucas anything does not go in my vehicles. Â I have personally seen Lucas wreak havoc on vehicles. It cost me 3 PS pumps on my Jeep.
ONCEBITN
ok so no slipping but i get sorta hard shifts, like it has a shift kit already, im thinking i will just drain the pan and remove the filter and do a filter swap with new fluid

ONCEBITN
where should the level be when cold, should it be on the tip
RobertISaar
measure with the trans hot(driving for..... 5-10 miles will probably get it there, depending on weather), enigne running, that is how GM specifies and marks their trans dipsticks. Â cold will show lower. engine off will show higher.
ONCEBITN
ok so i had the trans flushed and had cleaner and additive added, i have no slipping at all but do have some had shifting still
RobertISaar
define bad shifting. the 4T65 will adapt, eventually, to new fluids, but IIRC, it requires the trans to be fairly warm and it will start filtering in new line pressure offsets to match the target shift times in the calibration.
