Interchangeable. My EGR is plugged and welded at the exhaust, and plated with a gasket at the intake.

Hey im using an h-body l67. I bave w-body acc brackets, oil filter adapter, and i kno i need w driver side db mount and a lower engine mount. Is there any otber parts i need to make an h-body 3.8 bolt to a w thanks :)

The big "U" shaped bracket that any 3800 W has and I think there's a bracket of sorts from the engine to the trans out on the RHS. If you find a 3800 car in a wrecking yard you should see everything through the RHS wheel well. If it was nicer weather here I'd get you some pics.

I think the lower mount point on the transmission should be fine, my tranny was a Riviera and it dropped right in. You might consider doing a PCS in the tranny while you can get to it easy.

Oh that's cool, I got lucky with my HD. Really want to pick up another and rebuild it for later.

You can have all my 3800 engine stuff left over from my 5 speed swap. I have that big U shaped plate/ motor mount thing, among others. You pay shipping is all.
