Nas Escobar Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 Privyet! (sp?) It's Privet... "pryvit" if you wanna say it in Ukrainian. Anyways, welcome to the forums! I've always wondered how those early GM cars got to Eastern Europe... and how many/which ones made it all the way over there. Quote
Psych0matt Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 Best car to have, and even in white! Welcome! Quote

Night Fury Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 Welcome! Nice car!! And SO CLEAN!! Weird seeing a 1990 with miniquads and that cladding Man that's a sexy engine bay Quote
Breakdown Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 I'd be a little shocked if this was actually a 1990 Grand Prix and not just a 1991 that was built in the 1990 calendar year . . . yes stranger things have happened - for one it have a louvered hood without an LQ1 engine. Regardless that thing looks absolutely wonderful, welcome!! Quote
shurup Posted January 22, 2014 Author Report Posted January 22, 2014 Thanks for the warm welcome. Here full logbook http://www.drive2.ru/cars/pontiac/grand_prix/grand_prix/shurup2/journal/?sort=asc. All items with B4U I installed independently. They are from another car. Quote

Imp558 Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 Pardon my ignorance, but they were sold in Ukraine? Or was this imported in a special way at some point? Quote
tornado_735 Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 Pardon my ignorance, but they were sold in Ukraine? Or was this imported in a special way at some point? Hell no, that was imported by someone. Quote
94 olds vert Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 Someone with very good taste I might add. Quote
greensport Posted February 13, 2014 Report Posted February 13, 2014 Your car is awesome, I bet that is extremely rare over there, whats going on with the shift knob btw? off-topic, is there rioting where your at in the Ukraine? I just watched some videos of the riots and it looks insane Quote
Imp558 Posted February 13, 2014 Report Posted February 13, 2014 Yes, that car is bad ass! But the US automakers have exported and even produced different versions of US cars over the years so I wasn't sure. Some of the the european Ford Escorts were really cool. Quote
94 olds vert Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 There are differences between your car and ones made here in the States. Quote
Nas Escobar Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Pardon my ignorance, but they were sold in Ukraine? Or was this imported in a special way at some point? When the iron wall fell, American cars flooded into Eastern Europe. GM didn't officially export Pontiac into Europe, every Pontiac that has found its way over there is a grey import. What's interesting is that Ukraine and Russia have a lot of Cavaliers. Quote
