l67ss
Was getting my sc cleaned up for fresh gaskets and saw room for improvement at a glance. Im thinking ill grab a gutted m90 from the jy($20 as its then just an upper intake) cause my m90 is almost new and i dont wanna screw it up lol. Any tips tricks or pointerz would be greatly appreciated. And i do have access to a die grinder. Thanks

Take your time (make sure the intake isn't on the engine cause you don't want metal shavings in the block). Make it clean and perfect as possible. A die grinder will be ideal. Just get a bit with a stone on it. I've done headers with a stone bit, so one bit will be enough for the job.

Would kinda like to mebbe enlarge the opening so i can run a bigger tb. Thanks Take the new gasket and scribe the inside of the gasket on the intake and suoercharger housing. As for a bigget throttle body on it, i don't know which throttle body would work the best. Google might be your best friend there. If it had the same bolt pattern as the 60° v6 UIM (2.8, 3100, and 3400), you might be able to do the LX5 throttle body swap. But you could always make your own adaptor plate. Of course, the sensor design plays a role in which throttle body you might be able to use.
Pitts
Also, if you can't find a throttle body to swap to, you could always try to cone the supercharger at the inlet to help smooth out the air flow.

Pitts
Cone? Basically create a cone shape right after the throttle body. Have it match the throttle body but then slowly open up (in the shape of a cone basically). It can be a hassle and very time consuming without the proper tools/machinery. z34Phoenix
I started by porting my TB. then matching that to the blower case and smoothing it all out. as for the outlet of the case. you can cut back the bolt bosses on the triangle to open them up. I recommend finding as many pictures of ported blowers as you can and learn from what you see.
