Taking inventory on what I have so far for my swap.

 

heads w/ spark plugs and bracket

rockers and pushrods

exhaust manifolds with o2

Upper manifold with egr and TB(62mm?)

Lower manifold, stamped 99

Ignition coils

Rails w/ injectors

 

Mandatory pics below. TBH I'm not sure what's better between whats on my motor currently, what's compatible, etc. So far I know: I probably need to tap for a coolant fitting, and I'll need an egr adapter plate:shrug:

 

Thinking I might get everything gasket matched just not sure if that's something a local shop can do or if I'll have to send it off to wot-tech or someone.

Uggh, I wish my memory wasn't so terrible. I large port swapped my brother's 96 3100 Grand Prix a couple years ago, but I can't hardly remember anything about it. I definitely didn't get any sort of EGR adapter. I only remember having issues with the EGR pipe. I'm guessing I used the old EGR valve, but used the EGR pipe off the large port, because I think the connectors changed on the EGR valve. Does this sound right?
