You said z so im assuiming a 3.4twincam motor

if you want cheep wires go to O'rileys or Autozone they are 20bux.. and you can bring them back anytime you want when the break... usualy 7mm

IMO im running 7mm wires and work great the only problem i have had is the sockets riping out when i pullon them, im on my 3rd set. but its mostly my fault when i do it. still covered in warranty. :D free new wires yay

if you want larger wires be prepaired to spend a little extra doe. 8mm-9mm wires are a hot item

they do have 90degree boots and the other end has long electro rods that go down inside the heads. front ones are about 8inches the back ones are about a foot long. no exact measureents at this time.

I'm also curious if there is a preferred type of aftermarket spark plug wire out there that's used for 3.4's or do stock wires get good performance as is.

It depends how low your v meter is reading whethter it's bad or not, I don't know how low it can go and still be safe though ,sorry

I know Magnecor make a wire set for the 3.4. Aaron has it, you can see it in his sig pic as well. PM and ask where he got it.

Since I have a few spare 3.4 wire sets sitting around, I'm going to make my own set. I'm gonna buy a roll of MSD wire and reuse the stock plastic pieces so they look good.
