John M
The 'last one ' has an unusual problem. It has the electronic climate control system with passenger option. The drivers side has heat, the pax only has cold air. Any thoughts or suggestions? The car is at college so I can't check it out first hand, easily. Crazy K
Blend door actuator has failed on the passenger side, only, barring a jambed door, or a defective control/electric issue. Remove the passenger kick pad, unbolt the vacuum solenoids, and unbolt the motor from the car. you can test the function of the motor with it plugged in and running control through it's range. You can also plug it into the driver's connector (actuators are the same left and right) to verify a failed unit. The best quality replacements I've found come from most any 88-92ish GM car with electric heat selection, with a brand name "mueller"(iirc) and purple print on the unit. the newer ones are by a different manufacturer and are the ones that fail most often.
