Buick666
I went to the local U-Pull scrap yard and i've spotted Series III intake manifold lying in a '05 Grand-Prix and they sell intake manifolds for like 15$ lol So i would like to know if there's a way to fit the Series III Intake manifold in my Series II engine. Would i need a tune after?? What would be the benefits of having this intake besides not cracking and leaking? ron350
The first two members over at Club GT that did the swap ran into so many problems that they both finally swapped back to the plastic intake. One or both of the guys tried to tune them just to make them run like stock and finally gave up. The biggest problem is that the neck of the series 3 intake is longer and completely different from the series 2 intake.
Buick666
Well this guy did it and ran great for a long time without any tuning whatsoever.
