So im in the jy trying to get some parts for my sc top swap i finally get the bolt on the balancer to break loose after my testicals redescended 3 time now im wondeting wtf kind of puller to use there no threaded holes and my SMAL L 3 jaw puller wont fit help

Id wait a bit longer for the guys to reply than just 5 measly hours... But the 3800 needs its own puller from what I remember, there is also the opportunity of buying the balancer new from a parts store and not having to worry about pulling it

yeah any standard HB puller should work with the right bolts, do a search online and I'm sure somewhere someone has the bolts needed its something like M6 size though. I've pulled a ton like that.

Sorry about the impatience but between frusyration in the jy and a case of budweiser.....well you know . Anyhow, Thanks. :) thought about buyin new but then i still have to worry bout getting the one off the engine im building lol

You will need one of these and I am pretty sure the 1/4" bolts. They go in the three slots on the front of balancer and thread in to part of the balancer's insides.

Damn i feel silly i have 1 of those pullers i didnt see any threads so was tryin to use a jaw type puller :)

Got it pulled today after getting the puller figured out it ended up bein the easiest balancer to pop loose :)
