Suspension Tune Up

I have a 98 LTZ that is long over due for some suspension work, and i'm wondering what you all suggest for a suspension tune up, and lower. im thinking in front i'll do new lower control arms, strut bearings, and wheel bearings. rear ill do bearings and trailing arms? Possibly struts all around depending if i can find a deal, mine seem fine. Any suggestions on how to drop my Lumina, get a second set of springs and remove a coil, i read a thread on here were someone came out with a better ride quality using thicker springs with one coil removed. I'm under the impression there aren't many lowering options for me out there any more. Any newer W-body parts i can upgrade to suspension wise while i'm down there. I know I cant do struts and control arms. I've been searching but im not sure what to look for, its been awhile since ive done work to the car, the last few years have been dedicated to lifting and axle swappiing my Zr2. thanks in advance!!!!! Im new to the forum anyone Know what happened to MyMonte.com?
